The organization must prepare a comprehensive set of information to serve as the input for each top management review of the AI Management System (AIMS).

This "management review package" must include analysis and discussion points on the following topics:

• The status of actions decided upon in previous management reviews.
• Any changes to internal or external factors relevant to the AIMS (e.g., new regulations, business strategies, or emerging risks).
• Any changes in the needs and expectations of interested parties like customers or regulators.
• A summary of the AIMS's performance, including trends in nonconformities, corrective actions, monitoring and measurement results, and audit findings.
• A review of any identified opportunities for continual improvement.

This ensures that top management has all the necessary information to make informed decisions about the appropriateness, sufficiency, and effectiveness of the AIMS.
